Past Activities and Events!
2019
This past year, the members & officers of our Delta Chapter were very busy! They partnered with the UIUC beekeeping club & learned more about the importance of protecting bees, spent time making blankets for NICU babies (associated with Project Linus) for their Service Pillar, collaborated with UIUC wish makers to host a sand volleyball tournament (where all the money from team registrations and snack purchases went to the American Cancer Society), threw a “Welcome Day” where members and pledges separated into groups to conquer a scavenger hunt around their campus, and supported the American Cancer Society by participating in Relay for Life (the members pictured each raised $200+).
